How To Maintain A Consistent Video Posting Schedule – The Reel Web Creator Tip #24

 Powered by Max Banner Ads

We all know it’s important that we upload video content on a regular basis because it helps us build momentum, increases our videos’ ranking in search, and keeps our audience engaged. But sometimes keeping up with a regular schedule is just too difficult because our content requires high production value that’s unreasonable to pull off on a weekly basis. Other times it’s just because we don’t have any more ideas for video content

Hollywood Video Marketing – Online Movie Trailers For Friday, January 27

The box office is booming this January.  It looks like the studios are finally figuring out that the month doesn’t have to be a movie wasteland.  Either that, or they’ve gotten extraordinarily lucky.  Underworld: Awakening managed $25 million last weekend, but helping the box office tremendously were the surprise returns of Red Tails at $19 million.  So far, the views for the online movie trailers have been a decent gauge for the weekend haul, but this weekend presents some challenges.  This weekend is led by The Grey , followed by familiar Katherine Heigl picture One for the Money , and the negotiation thriller Man on a Ledge .

Record & Share Video From Your Webcam Directly On Google Plus

This is just a quick note, mostly because there just aren’t a lot of details to share with this story–but it’s still pretty cool news. Google engineer and Google Plus team member, Shana Gitnick, has shared a new Google+ feature that should make video fans happy: the ability to record a video with your webcam and share it on Google Plus with the click of a button. So now instead of syncing a YouTube video or uploading a video from scratch..

Online Movie Trailers For Friday, January 20 Include Vampires, Werewolves, The MMA, & George Lucas

So Contraband was the ultimate view-getter in the online world, which translated to a nearly $30 million opening weekend, coasting past The Beauty and the Beast 3D re-issue ($23 million), while Joyful Noise did a not-too-shabby $11 million.  This weekend is loaded.  First, we have a new Underworld movie, which will probably destroy the competition.  There’s Red Tails , which is about the Tuskegee Airmen that George Lucas says took him 20 years to make.  Steven Soderbergh is back with the action picture Haywire , starring MMA chick Gina Carano, and the Tom Hanks vehicle Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close gets a wide release. Underworld: Awakening – More Vampires and Werewolves, With A Resident Evil Twist I must confess I’ve never liked one Underworld movie.  I don’t like the idea of vampires and werewolves fighting a war with guns and knives, which seem to defeat the mystique of the creatures, but hey, whatever.  Kate Beckinsale is back after the third movie decided to go prequel, and this new entry will focus on a “new enemy,” which is apparently a hybrid vampire/werewolf

Voting On And Ogling Miss America Pageant Starts On YouTube

Miss America is doing something a little different this year, and it involves online video .  This time, all 53 Miss America contestants have a YouTube video showing off their skills, knowledge, and beauty, and they invite people to vote at the end of them.  Voting will count towards selecting the finalists.  And, like always, these women will interview, wear bathing suits and evening gowns, and show off talents.  The winner takes home scholarship money.  They really need to start making these women do some Survivor type stuff to really earn it.  We’d certainly watch more. Miss America Pageant Launches On YouTube My home state is Tennessee, so here’s Miss Tennessee’s Erin Hatley.  I’m sure you’ll find her quite pretty and talented: Click here to watch the video. And here’s a woman who knows viral videos, Miss Oregon’s Caroline McGowan is using the Old Spice model: Click here to watch the video.
